[access-uk] Skype and VOIP phones

OK so I know I'm behind the trend wave here but I installed Skype recently and
am thinking about getting a phone instead of having to use speakers and
microphone.
What I want to know is .... are all VOIP phones plug and play? That is to say,
do you need to install loads of drivers on your PC?
Any tips on VOIP phones to buy if you're visually impaired? I know nothing. Are
there any access issues or phones / features to avoid or indeed phones /
features I should look for?
