This phone can be bought from amazon. Although when I got it Amazon was
charging £80 this was around last christmas, of course price might have gone
down by now.

Hi Vanja and all.
I am certainly interested in this phone as at about £55 it looks pretty good.
However, the only debit card it appears to support is Vesa Electron which is
interesting since that hardly ever seems to be available here though many bank
accounts do issue this card. I know you should generally pay with a credit
card, but I thought this generally applied to purchases over £100.
Anyway, if anyone knows of a UK supplier for this product would be interested.
Cheers
Graham

Hey Damon.
I do have and use a skype phone. It's very good. Not only that it's a skype
phone, but it's also a lnormal line phone, so you can use both skype and
landline with it. It does install it's own software,. which is not very hard to
install. I know that there are several of those phones on the market, but this
is the only one, as far as i know, that uses both skype and normal telephone
line. I sure don't have any access issues with it. Sure I can't use some of
it's features like sellecting names from contact list, but most things you can
do through PC via skype. To find out more about the phone you can go to
http://dualphone.net/default.aspx?ID=31
I had no problems with the phone, the only problem I had is when the phone
was first plugged in, because it's a USB dvice windows regarded phone as a
soundcard, so no sound was coming through the PC. Apart from that I definitely
like this phone and would recommend it.

OK so I know I'm behind the trend wave here but I installed Skype
recently and am thinking about getting a phone instead of having to use
speakers and microphone.
What I want to know is .... are all VOIP phones plug and play? That is to
say, do you need to install loads of drivers on your PC?
Any tips on VOIP phones to buy if you're visually impaired? I know
nothing. Are there any access issues or phones / features to avoid or indeed
phones / features I should look for?
Thanks v much.
