I am sorry if this has been mentioned beforre.
How many people, if any, use Skype?
Its a piece of free software which has very good voice quality and, unlike
msn, you can find people who have it.
I use it often, and have spoken to people in Australia and the USA. There
are scripts to use with JAWS.
