In my experience Tony, with the Bluetooth paired with your mobile, you press the answer button on the Bluetooth quickly and then speak the name. Your phone speaks the name if it understands and then dialls the number. You need to use a mobile for this however.

It works even better with some Bluettoth headsets and the good thing about
that is you don't even have to record the name into the phone, so no need
to
speak exactly the same each time...Who does that?
