Andy, can I suggest you try Accessible BBC Listen Again version 2.1, which has just come out on www.webbie.org.uk Go to the downloads link.
It couldn't be simpler to use, and you can access just about every programme on national, local and world service from the Beeb.

Can someone please check out the BBc's Radio 2 page at: http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/shows/albumchart/ and click on the link titled "Listen Again." The link is simply making a click sound when I press enter on it. I've been trying this link all week and now feel that I have a problem at my end with JAWS.
