Sorry Wendy, I don't use Word, I just print the labels direct from the built 
in Address Book which comes with the Printer.

Thanks for this description.  I am assuming that the labels for this printer
are in a roll.  How do you set it up in Word?  There are so many label sizes
and types to choose from.
