[access-uk] Outlook express problem

Hi all,

I’m running O/E on a win7 machine with jaws 16. I had my settings in O/E set to 
expand/collapse messages, but all of a sudden they have stopped collapsing. The 
option on the view menu is grayed out and won’t let me re-set the option. Can 
anyone tell me how to enable the expand/collapse option please.
