i got the same which is why in the end i ended up taking jaws 10 off i think it 
is a jaws problem as i got the same thing with jaws ten.

  I am using Windows XP, IE8 and Jaws 10 with the latest build.
  On the inbox, if I cursor up and down too quickly looking to see what 
messages I have, Jaws will go completely silent for a couple of seconds and 
then I can alt tab to another application but have to close OE and always get 
an error report option.
  is this common and is it a Jaws 10 problem although it only seems to occur 
with OE not with Outlook.
