[access-uk] Outlook Express Problem - Or Is It?

I am using Windows XP, IE8 and Jaws 10 with the latest build.
On the inbox, if I cursor up and down too quickly looking to see what messages
I have, Jaws will go completely silent for a couple of seconds and then I can
alt tab to another application but have to close OE and always get an error
report option.
is this common and is it a Jaws 10 problem although it only seems to occur with
OE not with Outlook.
