Hi Ali, In very simple terms, NTFS supports very much larger sizes of disk drive. It also supports much more in the way of security, enabling you to hide and share files and folders. It is also a more robust format, less prone to corruption. There is a utility in XP to convert from FAT to NTFS, but not the other way round. That said, I believe programs like Partition Magic can do this.
