[access-uk] Latest Winamp

I normally try to use the latest version of Winamp - currently I am 
on 5.24.  However I notice on Tom Lorrimer's site a version 5.25.0787 
Beta which is described as the latest Full version.  This seems very 
odd.  I do not currently subscribe to any of the audio lists, but I 
wonder whether anyone who does has seen anything which might explain 
why a beta is being released in this way.
