[access-uk] I've foolishly tried using the speech recognision facility in MS Word XP and can not get the tool bar to disappear

Hi all,
As the subject says, on my Acer laptop running Windows XP, Office XP and
Jaws 8, I have foolishly tried to use the speech recognition facility in
Word XP, and as a result can not get the related tool bar to disappear from
my desk top.
Please can anyone advise me on how I can remove it.
