hello the only way ythat you can have a clean install is by formatting the
hard drive. but make sure that you have all drivers.

The machine is currently running Windows ME and Windows XP setup is creating a new partition to install files. How can she do a clean install to replace Windows ME? so as to have one OS on the machine? Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance.
