Hi Peter

I uninstalled Nod32 once its licence ran out, then installed MSE. I
wouldn't personally ever run two antivirus packages together as I believe it
drains your CPU resources, and your screen reader already does that anyway.

I had nothing against Nod32, but feel MSE is still lighter yet. So far, I
am very pleased with it as it works nicely in the background, and doesn't
seem to interfere or intrude with the running of the machine.

Kind Regards,

Jackie Cairns

Subject: [access-uk] Installing Microsoft security essentials

I am currently using NOD32 anti virus software. My subscription is about
to run out and I am considering replacing it with Microsoft essentials.
Should I uninstall NOD32 before installing MS essentials? Can I run them
both together?

Any advice much appreciated.
