Technology

It was explained to me that those on benefits in York will
be asked to make
a contribution, but those who are working (such as myself)
won't have to pay
anything. My council has just started the process of
reviewing everyones
circumstances to take in to account the amount they have to
spend on
additional costs for things related to their disability. My
council were
very good at identifying any costs I may have missed and
supported me in
trying to get it so my contribution was nil. It's a shame
everyone doesn't
receive that level of support from their councils.
