Hi Val,

In this case, you might have a numbered list.  So 1 would be level 0, 1.1
would be level 1 and 1.1.1 would be level 2. Is that how it is laid out?

All the best

Steve

Hi Ibby.

I'm using the latest version of JAWS and Office 365.  I opened a blank
document this morning to type in answers to a quiz I'm doing.  When I went
back to the top to read them back the first thing JAWS said was Level 0, and
a few lines further down it announced Level 1 and further down again Level
2.  I haven't come across this before.  I hope that helps.

Val.

Hi Val,
I have just opened a blank document and I don't get level 0 or level 1.
You don't say what kind of document you are reading, what version of office
you have, and what version of JAWS you are using.
I am sure others may also be willing to assist.
All the best,
Ibby.

Hi.

Is there a way of stopping JAWS announcing Level 0, Level 1 etc. when
reading a Word document?  I hope there is because it's driving me crazy!

Valerie Pickles.
