Hi Richard. I use halifax as well, I have no problems either with transfering money between accounts or making bill payments. When you log in to the service and bipass any messages enticing you to take out mortgages or savings etc, there should be two combo boxes labelled transfer from and transfer too. If you can find these transfer boxes then you can perform an account transfer. For bill payments you need to go in to the individual account from which you wish to make the payment, that.
