Hi Peter, Sounds as though we're having the same problem for transfers. How
do you find it for transferring between your own Halifax accounts?

The only problem I have which has been around for several months is once you
get to the screen to confirm the request you can't read that screen at all
without using the JAWS cursor. The only thing I can do is press b to move to
the first button which is the back button then tab and I'm on submit. other
than that I can't actually read anything to confirm it's correct. Once I
press submit though all is OK. As I use the same process for transfers and
bill payments the problem is the same for both.

I use halifax as well, I have no problems either with transfering money
between accounts or making bill payments.  When you log in to the service
and bipass any messages enticing you to take out mortgages or savings etc,
there should be two combo boxes labelled transfer from and transfer too.  If
you can find these transfer boxes then you can perform an account transfer.
For bill payments you need to go in to the individual account from which you
wish to make the payment, that.

Hi, I've been using Halifax online banking for some years now without any
problem.  Recently I find that I can't transfer money between my accounts.
Can anyone let me know if they can still do this?  
 
I've also had problems creating and making bill payments.  I'm using JFW
11.1447 with XP home.
 
I'd really appreciate input, as this is driving me mad!
