But then you'd have to find where to sign form, not easy though you may be
able to read said form with scanner.  Tbh, fill form out online, then
electronic signature via check box would work.  Some banks use this method.

Yes good point
I am no sure whether  this can  still be done  but The passport  office
used to let people fill form in online And then  it was  sent via post  to
the  customer to sign.

So yes  DWP  could do  something like that.

Personally, it's not that DWP correspondence is hard to read (in my case by
scanner or equivalent) but it would be easier if their forms were available
to complete on-line.
