Ron

Thanks for this, and it certainly looks interesting. I will have a go and
see what happens.

Wendy, I came across a Website for selling goods and it is free.

www.gumtree.co.uk

There is a list of towns and cities where you can see if there is anything
in
your area or you can look elsewhere even in Europe...

Cheers

Ron

Subject: [access-uk] EBAY

I am an inveterate coward, and haven't yet had the courage to try buying or
selling something on EBAY. However, there are a few things I would like to
sell, and the recycling lists run for visually impaired people are quite
small, so I would like a larger potential market.

If any members use EBAY, I wonder if you could let us know how you find it.
Is it easy to use, accessible, etc?

I am also wondering whether there are any other sites where people can sell
things. I know you can do this on Amazon, but members may know of other
sites.

EBAY is an auction site, and I would like to know how auctions really work.
I believe there is also a place where people can sell at a stated price
without auctioning.

Any information and ideas would be much appreciated.

Wendy
