Yes I agree with that, which is why I have never written about one for
review purposes.  You really need to feel the cells and find out if the
buttons and rockers are in the right places for your ergonomic comfort.  And
no person's touch is the same.  All Braille displays are different, and the
best advice I certainly would offer anyone is to have a good demonstration
of what is available before purchase.
