Hi Andrew.Thats good news. I can't remember, whether Natwest own RBS or the other way around, but either way at least the darn things exist. I think it must be costing the banks a fortune to send out all these card readers. Although considering the profits they make, it's probably just a drop in the ocean.

Hi Darren, I received my talking card reader last week. I am with the RBS. All the best -- Andrew Secrets That We Keep Audio Book by David Caldwell:- http://www.secretsthatwekeep.com/mainindex.php?code=006 -----Original Message-----From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf OfDarren Brewer Sent: Tuesday, December 11, 2007 4:41 PM To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Banking card readers Hi All I've just been onto the Natwest website to do some online banking and have discovered that in order to add a new payee, you now require one of these infamous card readers. I subsequently phoned the online help desk and explained that I haven't received one of these card readers yet. I also told them that I was registered blind and would require a talking model, adding that although I heard that they existed, no one had actually seen a talking version yet. He assured me that they did indeed exist and after he had gone away for a few minutes he came back and said I would receive one in the post within the next few days. Will be interesting to see if it does indeed talk. So has anyone out there already got a talking card reader from their bank?
