You can probably just delete it then. But first I'd rename the folder to 
old_whatever and wait a few days. If nothing complains, just delete it.

Of course, if you really wanted _useful_ help, you'd have supplied a URL to 
the author's webpage and explained what that and the help files said about 
uninstalling.
