What a waste of good scotch... (or did you mean scotch tape)?

i've got a Spectrum + and my rainbow is not perfect because time ago the clue has deatached the plate and i've put scotch on it. Removing scotch, the color remained on scotch :(

The original enamel badges seem to fade on some machines over the
years and would have been much too expensive to reproduce in
enamel. The enamel also gets scratched and I have seen a couple
of machines with almost silver badges (all the colour has worn away)!
Oddly the replacements were based on a couple of sample badges I
had from Spectrum+ machines (and are actually closer to the
colours which appear on the original box), but it appears that
the majority of machines have a lighter colour scheme - we are
talking with the factory about getting another run of badges done
in the alternative (lighter) colour scheme
Cool !
:-D
