I'm currently helping out RCL - a group (which includes Sir Clive Sinclair)
who are creating a new handheld ZX Spectrum console called the Vega Plus.

They aim to have 1000 licensed games built in, and you can also play other
games from a micro SD card.
The supplied games would be licensed non-exclusively, with royalties either
going to the copyright holder or to charity (it was Great Ormond Street
Hospital when they built their first console, so I'd imagine it'll be the
same).
Would you be interested in possibly having your games included on the Vega
Plus?
I don't work for RCL, so I (probably) can't answer any questions you might
