[zevenos-neptune] New default LTS Kernel 3.18.48

Hi,

we uploaded a new default kernel 3.18.48 for Neptune 4.x.
This one features a couple of security fixes and updates most of the
drivers to latest versions.
This update will be automatically pulled if you have the neptune-kernel
package installed.
