I got the following when I tried to compile with Delphi 4:
[Error] DISQLite3_Extension_Collate_NOCASE2.dpr(59): Undeclared identifier:
'PPAnsiChar'
I have DiSQLite 3.1.1 in the Delphi setup - should I upgrade?

The collation callback function was buggy. Please find the corrected
version attached. With this, REINDEX; followed by PRAGMA
integrity_check; works runs with no errors and reports "ok" on your
sample database.
