Comma is looking for a Data Analyst to support the Growth Strategy of a
newly launching Mobile App
Comm'a blends together 20+ years of experience in marketing communications
with a never ending passion for technology. Offering a wide range of
services to marketers and advertisers, including strategic consultancy,
media planning & buying, data, analytics and creative solutions, Comm'a
brings a holistic and integrated approach to ever converging mobile
platforms.
Now expanding the Data Analytics team.
The Data Analyst is expected to;
- Generate actionable insights through the analysis of metrics,
dashboards and data deep dives.
- Analyse the customer journey and user behaviour for a newly launching
mobile app and propose ways for quality conversions.
- Identify the risks & opportunities via an automated user segmentation
& CRM tool
- Analyse granular customer acquisition data and merge it with the user
behaviour data to inform future campaigns
- Monitor and analyse competitors & trends
- Feed findings to the Mar-Com Team for Omnichannel Engagement to
deliver better Customer Acquisition, Engagement & Retention in line with
our Growth Strategy
The Skill Set;
- Has the passion and skills to derive the narrative from the data and
tell convincing stories
- Must be able to clearly communicate results and actionable
recommendations to audiences at various levels of management
- Is autonomous and proactive – with the ability to initiate and drive
projects with minimal guidance
- A problem-solver with an eye for detail.
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- BS in a quantitative field (MIS, Economics, Statistics or Computer
Science
- Excel skills including complex formulas and pivot table
- Experience with statistical modelling, market analysis, or cohort
analysis is a plus
