We are looking for Business Intelligence Specialist who wants to make
the dream a reality.
The person, who takes this position, will be based in our Istanbul
Office and work as a Business Intelligence Specialist for our Istanbul
office.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor or Masters degree required, preferably in a quantitative
field including Statistics, Engineering,Economics or Management;
Preferably 2 years of experience with hands-on data analytics and
problem-solving ability;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, specifically Excel;
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics;
SQL knowledge and basic understanding of databases;
Passionate about analytics and data-driven marketing;
Excellent verbal, analytical, leadership and written communication skills;
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time;
Highly analytical and detail-oriented;
Intellectually curious with a strong willingness to learn.
Job Description:
Develop and oversee customers usage and success rate of Insider Applications;
Provide analysis and insight for daily customer meetings;
Play a Liaison Role for organizing and presenting Partner Success
Teams contribution to product development processes;
Preparing and developing weekly usage reports and analysis and share
these analysis with relevant internal parties;
Delivering segmentation of Insider Customers and reporting and
analyzing it on a weekly basis;
Working closely with development team to add, update and verify
implementation of analytics tracking on Insider Applications;
Providing CRM reports for tracking Partner Success Team field activities;
Develop reports and make actionable recommendations for Insider
Customers based on Insider data metrics.
