Havurah Listserv Subscribers,
At our annual meeting, we reached the conclusion that Yahoo Groups would be a
much more effective and convenient method to communicate Havurah events and
allow dialog on relevant issues. We therefore would like encourage everyone who
is currently a listserve subscriber to become a member of the Yellow Springs
Havurah Yahoo Groups site. Below are instructions on how to join.

Instructions on Joining Yahoo Groups
Go to the Yahoo homepage (www.yahoo.com)
On the left is a tab labeled ?Groups.? Click on this tab.
In the ?Find a Group? dialog box type ?Yellow Springs Havurah.?
When the results are displayed, click on the word ?yellowspringshavurah.?
Click on the box ?Join This Group.?
If you already have a Yahoo ID (e-mail address) and password, type these into
the dialog boxes.
If you don?t have a Yahoo ID, you will need to create one. You will have the
option of creating a Yahoo e-mail account, but this is not required and you can
have e-mails from the YellowSpringsHavurah group sent to any e-mail address.
Once you enter your Yahoo ID, you will be asked to select an e-mail address
for messages from the group. You will also be able to choose whether you would
like to have all e-mails, a digest of e-mail activity or just special notice.
Once you are in the Yahoo groups site, please notice that this is much more
than a listserv. The site contains a calendar and can also contain links and
attachments. Also, if you keep your personal calendar in your Yahoo account,
you can link to the Havurah calendar and these events will be displayed on your
personal calendar.
