OK, this came about in V1.3.8 when we changed the way the engines were
organised. However, if set for jack MIDI and alsa audio the jack client is just
'yoshimi'. It seems that somehow jack thinks the MIDI client belongs to a
different copy of yoshimi, not even a different instance from the same code.
I'm going to have to ask Andrew to look at this when he has time.
