Remaining 'easy' switches now learnable.
That's LFO, Filter, Envelope enables in AddSynth Voice and Bandwith, Frequency
envelopes and filter enable in SubSynth.
Don't make the mistake I did for a while - forgetting to set 'Block' when using
CCs that have other recognised functions :)
