I've started work on getting CLI access to this, and in the process uncovered a
couple of ancient bugs - now fixed.
Also there is a slight change with control of the 'A' note.
The note frequency now pops up a [return] button when you change it, and the
value is only set when you either hit the Return key of click this new button
(which then disappears). This now does a range check and also means you don't
send a stream of changes while editing the value.
The note number has been changed to a spinbox, which means yuo can now enter a
known value in directly. Again, this change means you don't have to run
through sending a lot of changes when getting to a value.
At some time I expect I'll also look at the First, Mid, and Last keymap values
- I've changed the order and spacing of these for clarity.
You need to hit the 'Retune' button if you change either the tunings or the
mappings, and there are now extra tooltips to remind you of that. I'm thinking
of somehow highlighting that button if a change has been made, as an extra
reminder.
Finally, although CLI access is only just started, for LV2 users, if you change
any scale settings this now gets reported back so the host can be aware of the
change.
