While planning on implementing this for the CLI I've discovered that doing so
from the GUI also renames the one in the currently selected part - even if
that came from a totally different source. This seems quite wrong, so I intend
to break the connection. There is a quite separate means of changing the part
ones name.
However, this raises a question. The instrument's internal name doesn't have to
be the same as its filename. The bank sees the filename, and the main window
and mixer panel see the internal one. Saving a completely new one to a bank
will make both the same, but when saving one externally, while the internal
name is offered you can change it if you want to.
So, while breaking the link between part names and bank names any
suggestions on ideas for minimal interference with existing practice?
