The way I've done it is quite correct but somewhat crude and I'm sure it could
be cleaned up properly. However, I'll work on integrating it properly with
config options etc.
I'll add the following selector in the alsa MIDI tab
MIDI source type:
Fixed
Search
External
'Fixed' will be as it is now, and will be the default for anyone with a
normal .config file but without the new variable.
'Search' will be the default for new users who won't have a .config file at
all.
'External' will be disabling connection by Yoshimi, just allowing it from
outside.
Any thoughts... objections... free lunches :)
