Some more minor upgrades to the master branch

Set default V keyboard velocity to 100.
Stopped settings asking twice about saving.
Rationalised linker flags.
Added drumkits from Dario Straulino.

However, there's an odd situation with saving settings. In Zyn when you shut
down the program it always asks if you want to save setting regardless of
whether they have been changed. It's then all or nothing. In Yoshi all settings
are silently saved regardless, which rather makes the earlier questions moot.

Neither of these is ideal. While it's reasonable to assume Current bank etc.
should always be saved, surely system settings should only be saved when asked
for. At the moment I can't see any practical way to do this. It's easy enough
to set up 'dirty' flags but how do you save a complete XML file with all
setting listed but only the wanted changes?

Say you have a poem and I have a tune.
Exchange them and we can both have a poem, a tune, and a song.
