At the request of one of our CLI users, we added a switch to disable
reporting of some system messages (current master). In particular, Xruns
- remember them :) - can rapidly fill the buffer and scroll everything else out
of sight. This has been refined a little.
It is now effective for both the CLI and the GUI Reports window. It is also
independent from the ability for some system errors to be forced to always be
reported to stderr only.
Over time the messages in each category will be reviewed as they get noticed,
but it would be helpful if anyone can identify particular cascades of messages
that would benefit from this treatment.
