this comment by Will gave me the relevant clue. Yes this is a problem with
32bit. The point is, the Ubuntu-PPA-builder used to support also 32bit,
all you had to do is to tick an additional checkbox.
But starting with Ubuntu/Focal, they have dicontinued the 32bit platforms.
Thus, if you add the PPA, you now only get the platform-neutral DEB-packages,
which is yoshimi-data and yoshimi-doc. But the yoshimi and yoshimi-debugsym
packages are missing.
This is unfortunate, since I don't have access to any ARM personally, neither
64bit nor 32bit. Otherwise I could just do a local build and then place the
resulting binary packages into some plain vanilla Debian repository.
Basically I know how to setup and manage a Debian repository,
I have worked that out for the Lumiera project several years ago.
Thus we'd need some ideas how to get hands on some ARM 32bit build
environment... Building DEB packages itself is almost completely scriptable
