Just discovered that from 0.060 onwards frequency shift doesn't work. Neither
the overall nor the part one has any effect (individual voices in their edit
windows are OK).
0.59 and below is OK
never discovered this before because normally I never want to do a key shift, I
just transpose in Rosegarden, but on this occasion I wanted a 'quick & dirty'
to fond the best key for vocal support.
