Subject: [yess] Reminder: Call for ECRs to register as reviewers for Ecosystems
and People
Dear YESSers,

and People<https://www.tandfonline.com/toc/tbsm22/current>, an open access
journal please register here: https://ee.kobotoolbox.org/x/OgzeAgg8
In a bid to increase inclusion and diversity of our reviewer base, Ecosystems
and People, is inviting Early Career Researchers as reviewers, which can also
provide ECR's with a meaningful reviewing experience. Many of the current
Editorial Board members, the Editors in Chief, and the Editorial Assistant,
started as reviewers for the journal.
We invite people from all fields of research, regions and genders to register
as a reviewer. We want our database as diverse and inclusive as possible.
We have put together the following points to help you make your decision:
You will gain:
- Insights into the scientific publication and production process
- Insight into current work in your field
- reviewing sharpens your perception of texts and your own writing style can
benefit from it
It demands:
- a time commitment to the review (depending on the manuscript, this may take
some time)
- a commitment to deadlines
The requests for reviews per person will be limited to ensure that voluntary
time is not overused. We look forward to you joining our community!
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
On behalf of the editorial team of Ecosystems and People,
Best wishes,
Ranjini Murali
