Three of them, of different designs and different degrees of attraction.
They're all near the deck so we can see the bats fly out.
We had a patio umbrella that they would roost in, and the steel roof had
gaps that they used, too. The umbrella's base was inadequate, so it would
blow over, and then the new roof closed up the ends which had provided
gaps, so it was time to provide some roost space.

Still not singing here, but last night two discovered that they were not
alone and they had an excited dialogue. I've been going out to watch bats
fly out of the roost and it's at the same time when Robins are calling
peek, peek and the Swainson's are tuning up.
Unfortunately, it's also when some tiny bug starts biting and last night I
caved and went indoors.
