VA $M+6 = 4 is good; 2 is extraordinary. I don't usually get below 5.

No, no. Issue KILLMEM<Helpkey> on the CMline; it creates a

You don't install it; you copy it from an existing setup, making sure all
file and directory FQPNs match. Have to run now, but if I get a chance
tomorrow and no one else jumps in, I'll give you details.

It doesn't work under XP or Vista. At least not on most machines; the
problem has something to do with video BIOS and RAM: a couple of boxes
have the reight setup, but most don't.

Stephen,

Copy all the relevant files into an \xw subdirectory. Then Start -- Run --
c:\xw\xw.exe

and it ought to work.

Good luck!

Flash, I don't have any problems with XY3+ or XY4, just XYW. When I click on
the exe file nothing happens. Nor will a shortcut to it start the program.
The subdirectory it is in has the same name as on the old W2K machine, and
the contents were copied from it. Baffling.

Ought to, but, as Patricia pointed out, often doesn't. I've been
running XP for seven years, and it's never worked here.
