Tray Command Line - off topic; and UTF-8 print driver

Hi all,
I have just discovered that the author of Tray Command Line has removed the
shareware limitation of his masterpiece. This is a must for anyone who likes a
command line (basically it is the best and simplest command line for modern
Windows versions):
Download latest freeware version 5.03 from: http://traycl.chat.ru/
A XyWrite question: has anyone written a print driver that produces UTF-8 text?
Is this feasible within Xy?
