It's impossible to download the file without a Dropbox account.
Luckily, I was able to download it from the Kari's page.
Manuel, sorry you had a problem. I understand now that I need the
Dropbox desktop app in order to share files with all the world. I'll
see to that over the weekend. And I'll add a link to Kari's site so
that it's accessible from XyWWWeb.
