We are now working with the Identity Management (IdM) group. They have their
own definition of trust and there is a requirement to have a single trust
definition within ITU-T Study Group 17. To achieve this we are proposing in
this DR to adapt the IdM definition, as it felt it says the same using other
words (see http://www.x500standard.com/uploads/Ig/DR_362.pdf).
