[x500standard] DR on ASN.1 error in temporal examples

Hi Folks,
During the editing of the 6th edition I became aware of some quite bad ASN.1
errors in the temporal context examples. Although context has not yet won
the popularity contest, I believe we should not have erroneous
specifications.
A DR on the issue (DR_351) has been produced and is available on
