Subject: GHA Women's Project: Final Discussion and Approval up to April 30

Dear GHA members, friends,

After long adjustments and additions to our 60th project "New Women" and the
WGHA in accordance with the women's proposals in its first reading, I am
pleased to send you its second, updated version (in attachment, 25 pages) for
its second, final reading, discussion and approval by all GHA members within 5
days up to 30 April inclusively by your YES or NO. I remind you that its first
reading and discussion was only in the female audience from 8 to 12 April, the
responses of which were published with the project here:

is not one that would reject the project as a whole. This project is not only
for GHA women but for new generations of women of the 21st century with new
potential and new opportunities.

The spiritual basis of the project is the philosophy of harmonious feminism for
the salvation of humankind, true gender equality and women's leadership of
Helena Roerich, which is supplemented by our (GHA) "Global Peace Science" in
the form of the “Tetranet Thinking Paradigm” (TTP) as an intellectual,
scientific means of achieving this feminism goals. The TTP ABC on 5 pages is
included in the project as an annex and published separately here:

Women, members of the WGHA, proposed instead of the presidential administration
to establish the Institute of the WGHA Co-Chairs in its Board as leaders of its
Spheral Committees (two Co-Chairs of each Committee) and proposed the following
candidates to each Committee:

            Information Committee of the WGHA (For statistical research of the
spherons first of all): 2 Co-Chairs:
Babita Tewari, Sociology Dr. and
Pratibha Garg, Dr. of Education and Statistics - both from India.

            Humanitarian Committee of the WGHA. (For the creation of the
Women's Pantheon first of all): 2 Co-Chairs:
Ayo Amale, J.Dr., Ghana and
Marie Robert choreographer, France

           Organizational-Business Committee of the WGHA. (For the organization
of cooperation with other organizations first of all). 2 Co-Chairs:
Rosa Dalmiglio, Italy with her great connections with the Chinese Women's Union
and
Sanjana Tewari, graduate student sociologist, India

We think that 6 Co-chairs on the WGHA Board will be enough to start, but you
could offer yourself or others as Co-Chairs. All Committees also participate
and / or organize their peacemaking and feminist actions with the invitation of
all.

We invite you to approve this list with your special YES or NO.

We have received several offers of wonderful women in the Women's Pantheon, but
we are waiting for your new offers of your outstanding national women, which
every nation has to make them known to everyone, and also to exclude hierarchy
but to establish meritocracy as the realm of reason by Plato.

We invite men - feminists who share the ideas of Elena Roerich and the WGHA
goals and who want to participate and contribute to it work to offer your
specific ideas for this. How can each of you be useful to WGHA? Maybe you could
create a "Male Committee for the Promotion of New Women" in the WGHA? Gender
equality and harmony in the WGHA is a necessary fundamental principle that does
not exclude female leadership and priority. What do you think about it?

We understand that not everyone will agree with this, but we believe that in
the GHA there are the true men-gentlemen ready to serve women's leadership and
priority as I am on a deep philosophical and scientific conviction. And simply
for the love to women, starting with my heroic mother who saved me in fascist
bombing ... Verily, a woman is the mother of humankind and its salvation, as
Nicholas Roerich wrote. How can we not love her, if our life is impossible
without her, what was Helen Roerich said best about?!

With love to women, with faith in men, with the best wishes for peace from our
