Hi Richard
Boo hoo - what a shame! Ah well, I will go down another road - not sure what
that might be, but if anyone has anything they would like me to research, do
let me know!

Good evening fellow WVIC members
Further to last nights meeting (thank you again Richard for hosting a great
meeting), please find below the actions taken and some notes for future
consideration.
- Gamma Communications - a stop loss of 10% on 100% of holding set up for
the maximum duration of 90 days. Should this trigger, we would still take a
small profit
- Skanska - instruction was to sell all. This morning when I tried this, it
was not possible via the online application. After another call to ii, I found
out it is not possible to trade on the Stockholm Exchange using the online
platform; only trades via their telephone service is possible for shares on the
Stockholm Exchange. The price for a trade via the telephone service is £49 in
addition to the normal fee of £7.99 😬. As we brought this share with us from
our portfolio with EQi, I put forward a case this was unfair and that I would
delay the sale. I was informed that I would hear back before the end of today.
I am delighted to inform you that ii did get back to me late this afternoon
and have agreed to effectively wave this additional fee of £49 for the sale of
Skanska. I will sell 100%of our Skanska investment tomorrow.
- ETFs - what we can purchase. Whilst on the ii platform, I investigated
all ETFs and shares that have been discussed as potential homework. Please
find the results below. FYI, please see attached a screen shot of Types of
Investment not available to us and also a list of Markets only available via
the telephone service (higher fees applicable). Please note that
Internationally listed ETFs or funds are not available to us.
Cannot trade (sorry Jenny)
- Global X Robotics & Artificial Intelligence ETF (BOTZ) - NASDAQ
- Global X Cloud Computing ETF (CLOU) - NASDAQ
Can Trade
- Velocys (VLS) - LSE
- Blue Field Solar Income Fund (BSIF) - LSE
- Rolls Royce (RR.) - LSE
- Enovix Corp. (ENVX) - NASDAQ
- Visa (V) - NYSE
- Coinbase Global Inc (COIN) - NASDAQ
I hope this helps and look forward to seeing you all in December at Daphne’s.
Cheers
Richard
