My fellow Members.
I hope you are not just al aware of the Jubilee but very much planning to be
part of it. The next issue of The Bridge will have full details and the
schedule so that you can start to plan what events you wish to take part in.
Apart from a small entry fee for the Fun Dog Show, the only event we will be
charging for is the Barn Dance on Saturday night. We have just about finalised
a caterer and have a good band and caller booked. The marquee is arranged as
are the hay bales and the bar arrangements. All the other events ( including
the Gin and the Seniors Tea and Gin party ) will be delivered free. To achieve
this we have gained some sponsorship from the Parish Councils and a few others
but we are keen to bring in a bit more sponsorship .
If you are keen and able to support this event through sponsorship then please
