Splendid to see that most of us are in profit - hurrah!
I note that several members are over the £3000 threshold and should
therefore be refunded. However, the Constitution currently says that this
threshold can be reviewed at an AGM, so to save work the Chairman might
decide to defer this until the next AGM???? One for AOB?

bought the books up to date from John’s last valuation in April. Richard
will be producing the January valuation.
